New Dwelling Mortgage is looking for a full-time Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team! A Mortgage Loan Originator plays a key role in helping home buyers choose a loan and understand all the rates and terms associated. Loan originators must have a comprehensive knowledge of lending products, banking industry rules and regulations, and the required documentation for obtaining a loan.

Candidates should be driven, great communicators who can build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:

Build long-lasting relationships with and provide an exceptional experience for clients.
Consult with prospective clients to analyze financial and credit data, determine financing objectives, and advise clients on products and services.
Recommend and outline terms of the loan and educate prospective clients on loan commitments.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Market our company’s unique services to clients based on their needs and requirements.
Research and stay up to date on market rates and trends to better consult clients.
Additional responsibilities related to business needs.

What we need from you:

NMLS License required
Minimum one year of experience in loan origination as a loan officer, mortgage banker, or wholesale account executive
OR minimum one year of relationship-based sales
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Team-oriented, adaptable, and accountable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong desire to help build relationships with clients and partners
Self-motivated and a positive attitude
Background checks are required
