I shopped around for a refinance, and Frank really worked with me. He explained every little detail of my loan, he didn’t try and sell me any points, no games no headache. Frank even was able to lower my rate from the original estimate. I needed to do a cash out refinance thinking it would take around 60-70 days on a condo ( I was told this by HSBC, Wells Fargo, and loan depot) Frank had me closed in LESS THAN 3 WEEKS!!!! Everything is done online, the closing was in person with a lawyer that was honest, his name was Mario. I had a lot of help from Gaby and Angela who updated me a few times a week and answered any question I had via phone or email within minutes. These people are in your corner and are fighting for you. My initial mortgage 6 years ago was a nightmare and this new process was a dream…. Go ahead. Shop around, get rates, be smart but ultimately let new dwelling know what quotes you were offered and Frank will work with you and have you closed without any effort, without a headache, and in no time. I have 0 regrets with using this company and will send anyone his way looking for a mortgage or refi. God bless Frank and his team. It’s hard finding honest people in this field. I am very thankful for Frank Collo and New Dwelling Mortgage. I came to them as I was running out time and was about to be forced into a mortgage with terms that I didn't like and had already taken almost 3 months to process. I stumbled upon New Dwelling Mortgage as one of the brokers recommended on United Wholesale Mortgage website.Frank was very good from the beginning. He understood my situation and was straightforward with what I can expect from them. I was nervous and very cautious from the beginning since I was in a hurry but I didn't want to make a mistake. What he told me sounded too good to be true but it was what I needed so I decided to give it a try. On every step of the process they did what they said they would so my level of confidence was building and I felt more reassured. Frank and his team was responsive and very informative and clear in every interaction I had with them.They have a very efficient system. I received my commitment letter on the same day my application was submitted to the underwriting! It took them only 12 business days (18 calendar days) from the time my application was submitted to underwritting to get clear to close! I couldn't believe how fast it was. I always thought processing time of less than 30 days is impossible. Frank actually kept his word and get the job done. They are amazing fast and I got a better deal than the other mortgage. I was very impressed by their speed. I tell everybody I know about them. The professionalism of Frank and his team makes it even better. Making one of the biggest purchases in your life, buying a home, is intense. It’s scary and stressful. It causes feelings of uncertainty and more importantly excitement. Frank and his team make sure they are enhancing the feelings of excitement and create a safe environment to make you feel at ease during the whole process. New Dwelling Mortgage is an amazing company. Frank and his team are super informative, very thorough, and extremely kind. They really go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of, and you are given every piece of information to make sure you feel at ease. They communicated with us every step of the way, making sure we were up to date with the process, at times communicating with us outside of their work hours to ensure we are to the minute with the process. We closed on schedule, and was able to work wonders to lower closing costs. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

My Girlfriend and I started off with a different mortgage broker. Then a friend of mine recommended we try Frank out. From that day Frank broke everything down step by step to us. Then when we told the other broker that we where going to use Frank and not him, he proceeded to curse me out and threatening me by saying that it was only because of him that we would be getting this house. So when we told Frank what happened he reassured us that there was nothing to worry about. He even made sure to help guide us through the whole closing process even though his work was done. Even telling us what to tell our own lawyer and realtor. So they could push along the closing process and date. We will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. What an amazing person. Frank was recommended to us by a friend, spoke with him over the phone and felt comfortable. Frank is an honest respectful man and most importantly a true believer. He explains everything in details takes the time to answer calls and returns back calls. Me and my wife drove him crazy with our questions on our first house. We had no idea about the process, he explained to us the process step by step. We never felt pushed into something, he shows up to the closing to make sure everything is smooth with paperwork. I was going to do the process directly with my bank, but my bank wasn’t going to give me the fund for the place I was going to purchase. So I have my agent recommended Frank to me. As first time home buyer, we were extremely nervous with hundreds of questions. Frank is very patiently and took time to educate us on all documentation. He was understanding and incredibly helpful and explained everything during the process. And made the process very simple and went into detail on what was going on and when it was going to happen.
