My experience with Amanda Elsayed was nothing short of AMAZING! She is incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have to start off by saying Frank Collo and his team are the best! This mortgage process is very overwhelming and Frank made it less stressful. The encouragement and guidance is superior. I shopped around for a refinance, and Frank really worked with me. He explained every little detail of my loan, he didn’t try and sell me any points, no games no headache. Frank even was able to lower my rate from the original estimate. I needed to do a cash out refinance thinking it would take around 60-70 days on a condo ( I was told this by HSBC, Wells Fargo, and loan depot) Frank had me closed in LESS THAN 3 WEEKS!!!! Everything is done online, the closing was in person with a lawyer that was honest, his name was Mario. I had a lot of help from Gaby and Angela who updated me a few times a week and answered any question I had via phone or email within minutes. These people are in your corner and are fighting for you. My initial mortgage 6 years ago was a nightmare and this new process was a dream…. Go ahead. Shop around, get rates, be smart but ultimately let new dwelling know what quotes you were offered and Frank will work with you and have you closed without any effort, without a headache, and in no time. I have 0 regrets with using this company and will send anyone his way looking for a mortgage or refi. God bless Frank and his team. It’s hard finding honest people in this field. I am very thankful for Frank Collo and New Dwelling Mortgage. I came to them as I was running out time and was about to be forced into a mortgage with terms that I didn't like and had already taken almost 3 months to process. I stumbled upon New Dwelling Mortgage as one of the brokers recommended on United Wholesale Mortgage website.Frank was very good from the beginning. He understood my situation and was straightforward with what I can expect from them. I was nervous and very cautious from the beginning since I was in a hurry but I didn't want to make a mistake. What he told me sounded too good to be true but it was what I needed so I decided to give it a try. On every step of the process they did what they said they would so my level of confidence was building and I felt more reassured. Frank and his team was responsive and very informative and clear in every interaction I had with them.They have a very efficient system. I received my commitment letter on the same day my application was submitted to the underwriting! It took them only 12 business days (18 calendar days) from the time my application was submitted to underwritting to get clear to close! I couldn't believe how fast it was. I always thought processing time of less than 30 days is impossible. Frank actually kept his word and get the job done. They are amazing fast and I got a better deal than the other mortgage. When looking for a refinance months ago I was referred to Frank @ New Dwelling Mortgage. He is was responsive from the get and rather than push me to a loan he educated me and aimed for the right timing. When the time was right we reconnected and he landed us a great and closed quickly thereafter. My husband and I recently had the wonderful opportunity of working with Frank and all his staff. What started out as a home purchase Frank took the extra time to do some research and i wont bore you with details but he found out we could actually do a cheaper quicker refinance instead ( which he didn't have to do) Everyone on the staff was extremely responsive and helpful. Frank and his team at new dwelling mortgage helped us with refinancing during covid19 quarantine. The entire process was effortless on our part, with frank handling every last detail. He answered all of our emails and phone calls in a timely manner; we always felt we knew what stage of the process we were in. His knowledge and expertise predicting this ever changing market, helped us lock in a low interest rate. They also send you videos to help guide you through all the documents and signing. One thing to say, I don't write reviews very often however when you get A+ service, professionalism and true industry leading support you just have to take the time to do so.Frank took us down a very different path, the Refi one. How does it work, should I even do it, what are my gains? These are all questions I had, and Frank answered quickly and led me down the right path. As a first time home buyer , the process felt intimidating and overwhelming. I didn’t know where to start. I am so thankful I researched, which led me to Frank Collo. My Girlfriend and I started off with a different mortgage broker. Then a friend of mine recommended we try Frank out. From that day Frank broke everything down step by step to us. Then when we told the other broker that we where going to use Frank and not him, he proceeded to curse me out and threatening me by saying that it was only because of him that we would be getting this house. What an amazing person. Frank was recommended to us by a friend, spoke with him over the phone and felt comfortable. Frank is an honest respectful man and most importantly a true believer.
