I have to start off by saying Frank Collo and his team are the best! This mortgage process is very overwhelming and Frank made it less stressful. The encouragement and guidance is superior. Frank has a way with words that some how makes you understand when you really didn’t. He wasn’t pestered with the many questions that I had and was very patient and never annoyed with me. I shopped around for a refinance, and Frank really worked with me. He explained every little detail of my loan, he didn’t try and sell me any points, no games no headache. Frank even was able to lower my rate from the original estimate. I needed to do a cash out refinance thinking it would take around 60-70 days on a condo ( I was told this by HSBC, Wells Fargo, and loan depot) Frank had me closed in LESS THAN 3 WEEKS!!!! Everything is done online, the closing was in person with a lawyer that was honest, his name was Mario. I had a lot of help from Gaby and Angela who updated me a few times a week and answered any question I had via phone or email within minutes. These people are in your corner and are fighting for you. My initial mortgage 6 years ago was a nightmare and this new process was a dream…. Go ahead. Shop around, get rates, be smart but ultimately let new dwelling know what quotes you were offered and Frank will work with you and have you closed without any effort, without a headache, and in no time. I have 0 regrets with using this company and will send anyone his way looking for a mortgage or refi. God bless Frank and his team. It’s hard finding honest people in this field. So glad I found this company on Google.

I am very thankful for Frank Collo and New Dwelling Mortgage. I came to them as I was running out time and was about to be forced into a mortgage with terms that I didn't like and had already taken almost 3 months to process. I stumbled upon New Dwelling Mortgage as one of the brokers recommended on United Wholesale Mortgage website.Frank was very good from the beginning. He understood my situation and was straightforward with what I can expect from them. I was nervous and very cautious from the beginning since I was in a hurry but I didn't want to make a mistake. What he told me sounded too good to be true but it was what I needed so I decided to give it a try. On every step of the process they did what they said they would so my level of confidence was building and I felt more reassured. Frank and his team was responsive and very informative and clear in every interaction I had with them.They have a very efficient system. I received my commitment letter on the same day my application was submitted to the underwriting! It took them only 12 business days (18 calendar days) from the time my application was submitted to underwritting to get clear to close! I couldn't believe how fast it was. I always thought processing time of less than 30 days is impossible. Frank actually kept his word and get the job done. They are amazing fast and I got a better deal than the other mortgage. I was very impressed by their speed. I tell everybody I know about them. The professionalism of Frank and his team makes it even better. I will be coming back to New Dwelling Morgage for my future mortgage and refinance for sure. Thanks Frank for all your help!

After struggling for over 6 months with TD bank to refinance a loan I already had with them, a friend recommend I try New Dwelling. My Girlfriend and I started off with a different mortgage broker. Then a friend of mine recommended we try Frank out. From that day Frank broke everything down step by step to us. Then when we told the other broker that we where going to use Frank and not him, he proceeded to curse me out and threatening me by saying that it was only because of him that we would be getting this house. So when we told Frank what happened he reassured us that there was nothing to worry about. He even made sure to help guide us through the whole closing process even though his work was done. Even telling us what to tell our own lawyer and realtor. So they could push along the closing process and date. We will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home. What an amazing person. Frank was recommended to us by a friend, spoke with him over the phone and felt comfortable. Frank is an honest respectful man and most importantly a true believer. He explains everything in details takes the time to answer calls and returns back calls. Me and my wife drove him crazy with our questions on our first house. I was going to do the process directly with my bank, but my bank wasn’t going to give me the fund for the place I was going to purchase. So I have my agent recommended Frank to me.
